Guitar is in fair condition with scratches and dings consistent with normal wear and tear. Finish is peeling and body binding is cracking. Gold plate on machine head tuners are moderately worn. Heavy plating wear and mild corrosion on pickup covers. Guitar has been tested and works great.

The Ibanez AM255 was a limited-run hollow-body design by Ibanez made only during the year of 1983. It features a burled mahogany top with ivory body and neck binding. The fingerboard is a 22-fret ebony fingerboard with pearl and abolone split-block inlays set with a bone nut.
